Compressed Fibre (Non-Asbestons)
Gaskets
Non-asbestos
materials are available with a wide range of
performance characteristics
and a wide range of material
required fro higher temperature, heavy-duty
applications. Designed for use up to 400°C (750°F),
non-asbestos materials are offered with either a
Fully Cured or a Latent Cure thermally stable binder
system and are made with heat-resisting fibers.

Graphite Gaskets
Flexible graphite, due to it's
softness seals great but can also break if bent too
far. To make it easier to handle we offer it with a
316 S.S. foil insert, tanged insert, or for easier
cutting - no insert at all. Available in a range of
grades from automotive & Industrial to Nuclear. |

Teflon
Gaskets
Fluorocarbon resins are a group of high performance
engineered plastic resins featuring high
crystallinity and high molecular weight. Outstanding
resistance to chemicals is one of the primary
benefits. PTFE has excellent resistance to 98% of
the commercially used chemical compounds.
Teflon has a broad temperature range of -450ºF to
+500ºF make this gasket material suitable for most
of the conditions found in industry. Water
absorption of PTFE is negligible, less then 0.01% by
ASTM test. And, it is FDA-approved for food contact.
