Cloth Inserted SBR
SBR is a copolymer of styrene and butadiene and has properties similar to Natural Rubber. It has good abrasion resistance, excellent impact strength, very good resilience and a high tensile strength. The temperature range of SBR is -40˚F to 180˚F. SBR can be compounded for use as lining rubber, conveyor belt covers and other extremely demanding applications.
Cloth Inserted SBR provides all of the desirable properties of SBR with the added benefit of a Nylon Fabric Insert. The addition of the Nylon fabric adds additional durability to the product making it suitable for a variety of applications including, pads, curtains, chutes, fabricated rubber sleeves, transition boots, safety guards and more. The fabric insert also reduces creep in seal and gasket applications as well.
