Services

Regional Rubber Company provides a variety of optional services to assist you with your project and applications ranging from design assistance and material selection to die cutting and sewing. Many of these services can be combined to create a custom solution for your company. Contact us to discuss your application and the combination of services available to meet your project completed.

Die Cutting	We provide in house die cutting services to produce a variety of products including pads, strips, sheets, gaskets, curtains, shields, toys, crafts and more. We currently die cut a very wide range of materials including but not limited to, pvc coated fabrics, rubber coated fabrics, foils, films, fabric, foam, plastic, rubber, cork, matting, fiberglas fabric and more. Products can be die cut from material provided by Regional Rubber or customer supplied material.
CNC Routing	We provide in house CNC Routing services to produce a variety of products including foam case inserts, strips, sheets, gaskets, toys, packaging foam and more. We currently CNC rout a very wide range of materials including but not limited to, foam, plastic, wood and aluminum.
Vulcanizing	Regional Rubber provides several options for in house hot vulcanizing and cold vulcanizing of rubber, foam and plastic products. We vulcanize Silicone, EPDM, Nitrile, Neoprene, Gum and SBR in sheets, strips and profile extrusions. We can vulcanize Rubber to Rubber, Rubber to Foam, Rubber to Metal and Plastic to Metal. Many options and combinations are available to produce products such as, seals, o-rings, gaskets, pads, wear plates, tubes, sleeves and many different custom OEM and Industrial components.
Sewing	We provide in house industrial sewing of coated and non-coated fabrics, webbing, straps and mesh up to 1/4" total thickness. We stock and supply a very wide range of products or we can fabric using customer supplied materials. Products produce include but are not limited to air bags, soft pack cases, gymnastics mats, OEM components, Industrial components, bellows, curtains, Velcro Hook and loop straps, tie down buckles, back packs and more.
Design Assistance	Regional Rubber provides in house design assistance utilizing 2D and 3D CAD modeling. We regularly assist our customers with the design of products including gaskets, seals, extrusions, molded products, case inserts, packaging foam and soft pack cases.
Assembly	Our ability to produce and fabricate such a wide range of products allows us to bring multi-component assemblies together with ease and expertise. We can provide full procurement, warehousing and assembly of component Bill of Material items to ease the production, labor, inventory and warehousing requirements at your facility.
Kitting	Our ability to produce and fabricate such a wide range of products allows us to bring multi-component kits together with ease and expertise. We can provide full procurement, warehousing and kitting of multi-part kits its to ease the production, labor, inventory and warehousing requirements at your facility.
Packaging	We provide a wide range of packaging services including custom foam inserts, transit cases, heat sealing, bar coding and Mil-Spec packaging. In addition, we can comply to almost any, customer specific requirements to insure that your packages are shipped and received with care.
